SPA Program

The healthy SPA program is based on four components which have influence on the physical and mental well-being:

And treatments such as hot stone massage, reiki, reflexology, yoga and etc. help balance the vital energy in your body and release you from the tension and stress.
  • Beauty and Care for the Face and Body – All treatments which help cleanse, purify and pamper your body and your skin. Such treatments go beyond being skin deep. For when you look good, you begin to feel good. The SPA relation is in the natural products and materials which are used in the face and body treatments.
Contrary to popular belief that the healthy diet transcends meals that are always low in fat, low in calories and low in salt, the SPA cuisine is based on natural food and vitamins as the food is cooked to preserve the integrity of all the nutrients and flavours of the ingredients used.

The SPA cuisine has three main objectives:
  • Purity – menu of vegetables, cereals, pulses and fruit improves digestion, cleanses the system, generates weight loss and provides internal tranquility.
  • Nourishing – flavourful dishes of fish, shellfish and poultry combine with vegetables in season and herbs. Their aim is neutralizing toxins, draining the body and improving metabolism.
