SPA Elements
According to the ancient east philosophies all material world is based on the four main elements – Water, Fire, Air and Earth. These are the basis of modern SPA therapies.
To be able to include the energy-balancing treatments, SPA therapies has been organised with an additional chapter – Harmony. Thus the treatments and therapies are arranged solely according to their key essences, many of them also incorporate a balanced combination of other elements in order to achieve the optimal effect for the body and mind well-being of a person.

| Water - here are organised all treatments which are related to sea water, natural spring water and products based on water. Such as thalassotherapy with seaweeds and seawater, fangotherapy which use sea thermal mud, treatments with sea collagen, body polishes based on Dead Sea salts, baths and hydro-jets, pools and hot natural springs. |

Fire - heat treatments that warm the body: in particular, those that induce the body to sweat and eliminate the toxins – saunas, steam rooms, body wrapping, thermal treatments and etc.

Earth - treatments featured use the healing ingredients of flowers, herbs, plants, mud and fruit – all nurtured by and derived from Mother Earth. These are aromatherapy with essential oils, honey treatments, phyto-therapy based on plant extracts, fruit scrubs and masks, vinotherapy which use grapes and wine, fangotherapy but with earth therapeutic mud, Hot Stone therapy based on hot lava stones and etc. |

Air - besides looking at the effects of fresh air, this element features oxygen and ozone treatments which moisturize the skin and help the fight with wrinkles and premature ageing. Such as moisturizing, regeneration, rejuvenation, krio therapies, ozone treatments, steam face treatments, mountain tourism and other – all geared towards increasing oxygen within your body. |

Harmony - all massages and treatments, many with origins in the East, bring the body, mind and spirit into balance – classic and therapeutic techniques, ayurveda, reflexology, sports and anti-cellulite massage, TCM, acupuncture, yoga, homeopathy, chakra massages, colour therapy and etc. |
