Scheduling an appointment
We require making an appointment before visiting our SPA for a treatment or program. Please, refer to Locations for further information on addresses and phone numbers.

Day of appointment
We value our quality of service and the atmosphere of caring and well-being that is created in our SPA center. Please don’t hesitate to ask if you have any questions concerning your appointment.

We respect being on time for your appointment so you would fully enjoy the SPA treatment or program by your choice. Please, take in mind that if you are late for more than 15min for the appointment we reserve our right to shorten your treatment considering the convenience of the other clients.

On any SPA package day program, please arrive 10min prior to your appointment so you could relax and prepare for your SPA treatments. We provide towels and slippers for your comfort. Hot and cold drinks are served upon your choice.

BeautyMed SPA doesn’t take responsibility for loss and damage of personal articles. Please keep all your valuables with you in the room during your appointments.

Please inform our professional staff of any allergies or sensitivities, if you are pregnant or if you are taking specific medications.

If you feel you would be more comfortable or better served by another member of our professional team, please let us now before your SPA treatment.

For the comfort of all clients BeautyMed SPA health and beauty center is smoke-free area.

Cancellation
If you won’t be able to come on the specific day or if you need to change your appointment, we request 24 hour notice prior the appointment. If you don’t have this opportunity or you need to change you appointment unexpectedly, please inform us as soon as possible.

Gratuities
All BeautyMed SPA prices include 20%VAT. Additional service charge is not applied to your bill. Tipping is left to your satisfaction of the specific SPA treatment or therapist.

Payment
All services are paid in BGN/Bulgarian lev/. BeautyMed SPA doesn’t accept other currency. Soon we would be able to offer you payment by all major credit and debit cards.

Age Requirement
BeautyMed SPA is oriented towards providing services to adults. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or a close relative.

For Your Comfort
In keeping to our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, all towels, instruments and accessories are sterilized and sanitized before all treatments and programs.

To provide a nice and relaxing SPA atmosphere concerning the health of our clients and the environment smoking is not allowed in our spas.
