The following guidelines apply to our gift certificates:

• The gift certificate could be used for every SPA treatment, package or product in BeautyMed SPA health and beauty center
• The certificate is for individual use of the cardholder only
• BeautyMed SPA is not responsible for lost or stolen certificates
• The gift voucher could not be redeemed for its cash value or credit
• The gift certificate is valid for three months after its purchase
